I am a holistic coach and Qigong instructor, not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, or other medical provider. I do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional conditions.Qigong, gentle movement, and other mind–body practices can be powerful supports, but they can also involve physical effort and emotional shifts. It’s a space for reflection, learning, and exploring new ways of being in your life, work, health, relationships, and aging journey.Coaching is not counseling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. It does not replace therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial planning, or any other professional service that requires a license.
