Qigong (chee-gong or key-gong) is a vital energy cultivation practice that blends active and dynamic movements, vibration, visualization, breathing, and meditation to help you ease stress, improve balance, and mobility, soften stiffness, support healing and restore your natural energy. There are a variety Tai Chi (TIE-chee) styles originating from different cultures; they all consist of slow, controlled motions and promote serenity through gentle and flowing movements. My practice is rooted in Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi where the ancient wisdom of 10,000-year-old Sundo (sun-DOH) - Korean energy healing practices, are combined with modern mind-body methods to help you create lasting wellness.

Corporate & Group Sessions
Is it time to support your team in a new way?
One‑time sessions are available by request for corporate events, team workshops, active adult communities, and general community gatherings.

I grew up with a deep, lived connection to nature and real food. Back in Ohio, my dad’s work as a produce truck driver—and our family garden—meant we were always surrounded by fresh fruits and vegetables. In the summers, I’d head to my grandparents’ farm in rural Alabama, spending days gathering eggs, feeding animals, and picking what we’d eat. Those early experiences rooted me in wholesome food and a lasting respect for my body and the natural world.A combination of my connection to nature and my own wellness path, which included a scoliosis diagnosis, uterine fibroid complications, and finally, a persistent sinus issue that left me anxious and unheard by the medical establishment, led me here and pushed me to explore holistic approaches more deeply.Chiropractic care, nutrition shifts, acupuncture, energy work reminded me that my body has its own wisdom. Later, tai chi and qigong deepened that understanding and showed me that healing is rarely just one thing. Those experiences led me to deepen my training in holistic health and qigong so I could weave them into my existing work as a career and life coach to support others in the same way.For years, I sat with people at crossroads - completing a degree, changing careers, shifting identities, entering retirement, or simply realizing they were stuck - coaching through conversation alone. I discovered that the biggest shifts happen when they stop trying to solve everything in the head and start listening to the body. Now, in our sessions, we work to settle your nervous system so your body feels safe enough to share what it knows, and we explore patterns, stories, and choices — in your work, health, relationships, and daily routines - to turn your insights into practical, doable changes.I don’t believe in one right formula. I believe in bio‑individuality and “your right path” — what works for your body, your nervous system, your season, and your values. For me, a well‑lived life is honest self‑reflection; nourishing food; slow, mindful movement that brings you back into your body; meaningful work; supportive connections; and time in nature. It’s become so easy to lose touch with our bodies and our true selves in a fast‑paced world. My intention is to offer space, structure, and support so you can reconnect with your own wisdom and create a life that feels more “just right” than “just getting by.”
